How to contact Amadeus customer services

Procedure

You can contact Amadeus Customer Services either:

  • Directly from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect
  • Within Amadeus Service Hub (ASH)

Through our guided flow, you can find answers to your questions, log a case using the correct template, or connect to an Amadeus expert who can help you resolve issues quickly and easily.

How to contact Amadeus Customer Services from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect

  1. In Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, click in the Search solutions, learning and support field in the top right corner.


     
  2. In the list of support options, select Get support.


     
  3. In the How can we help? field, enter a question or keywords that best describe the help you need.
    For example, enter:  How to issue EMD .



    You can also enter a cryptic entry or copy and paste an error message from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.
     
  4. A list of support options is displayed.


    Five possible support options are available. (The options may vary by market.)

    • Articles: Find an answer to your question from a list of suggested articles.


       

    • Open a case: If you have a how-to question, or an issue that is not urgent, logging a case allows you to easily communicate with a Customer Support professional in your own time.

      A template is pre-selected based on the topic you previously entered; if you feel it should be a different template, click in the drop-down list and select the one that suits to your question/issue. Click on Open a case and follow the instructions to submit your case.

      You can track the progress of your case, and other cases from your agency, in the My cases section in Amadeus Service Hub.

    • Chat with an agent: If Live Chat is available in your market, click on the drop-down list and select the appropriate type of chat, then click Start chat to connect to an expert. The chat queue will be automatically selected.

       

    • Ask the community: Also available to you is the Amadeus Live Travel Community, where expert travel industry peers are happy to guide you, supported by Amadeus moderators who can also lend a hand.

       

    • Call us: If your issue is complex or urgent and you prefer to speak to an agent directly, you can call the phone number provided for your region and the access PIN.

      Note: If the Click-to-Call option is available in your market, you must have a headset, headphone or a listening device connected to your computer.
       

How to contact Amadeus Customer Services in Amadeus Service Hub

  1. Log into Amadeus Service Hub with your Amadeus Selling Platform credentials.
  2. In the Amadeus Service Hub home page, click Get support to activate the guided support flow.

     
  3. Follow the procedure described above in How to contact Amadeus Customer Services from Amadeus Selling Platform Connect .

 Don't forget to check the Amadeus Critical Incident Center (ACIC) for notifications on incidents and outages.
